❸皮疹がなくても帯状疱疹はありうる

Case
　56歳の男性が，5日前からうずくような左前胸部の帯状の痛みで来院した．腹がすれると嫌な違和感を感じる．体動では誘発しない．帯状疱疹を疑ったが，前胸部にも背部にも皮疹はない．
