薬疹

症例
　患者：50歳，男性．
　現病歴：10日前に高尿酸血症に対してアロプリノールの服用を開始した．1日前からの38.1℃の発熱，皮疹を主訴に，救急外来を受診した．
　既往歴：特記すべきことなし（痛風発作や尿管結石の既往もない）．
　身体所見：体温38.2℃．四肢・体幹に直径2cm以下の紅斑が散在．
　薬疹と考え，アロプリノールを中止，抗ヒスタミン薬を処方し，外来通院予定とした．
　2日後に症状が軽快せずに再受診した時には，明らかな粘膜疹を認め，Stevens-Johnson症候群と考えられ，緊急入院となった．救急外来のカルテには粘膜疹の記載はなかったが，救急外来受診前より眼脂の増加，眼瞼の開けづらさ，排尿時痛を自覚していたことが確認された．
　Q：薬疹を疑うべき皮疹の性状，服用薬剤の種類や発症までのタイミングを教えてください．
