症例
　患者：81歳，女性．
　既往歴：アルツハイマー型認知症と不眠症があり，ドネペジル，クエチアピン，ゾルピデムを服用している．ここ半年は少しずつ食欲が低下してきており，今までに誤嚥性肺炎も2回起こしている．
　現病歴：自宅で転倒したため救急車で来院し，大腿骨頸部骨折と診断された．
　Q：認知症患者におけるコリンエステラーゼ阻害薬の投与や，高齢者に対する抗精神病薬や睡眠薬の投与で，注意しなければならない点は何でしょうか？
