セッティング
あなたは都市郊外の無床診療所で、医師2名体制で勤務している。この診療所では、採血（血算のみ）、尿検査（定性のみ）、単純X線、心電図、呼吸機能検査、超音波検査ができる。CT、MRI、内視鏡検査および入院による治療は、車で20分の総合病院に依頼している。
