セッティング
あなたは大都市郊外の無床診療所で、3人体制で診療をしている。ここでは尿検査（定性のみ）、単純X線、心電図などはすぐに結果がわかるが、血液検査はすべて外注である。CT、MRI、上部消化管内視鏡などの検査および入院は、車で30分の総合病院に依頼している。
