Case
患者：81歳､男性。
既往歴：心房細動、脊柱管狭窄症、高血圧、脂質異常症、狭心症。
現病歴：1カ月前に転倒し、それを機に体に力が入りづらくなった。2週間前に整形外科外来を受診して右片麻痺を認め、「脊柱管狭窄症」と診断され､入院した。しかし右片麻痺が増悪し、発熱と軽度の意識レベル低下を認めたため､総合内科にコンサルトとなった。
