Case
患者：55歳、男性。
●飲食店街にて気分不良・嘔吐・頭痛のため、救急車を要請した。
●30分ほど前に、刺身と焼酎（1杯のみ）を摂取している。
●自己申告では特記すべき既往なし。
●血圧68/40mmHg、心拍数118回/分・整、呼吸数18回/分、体温36.1℃、SpO₂ 99％（room air）。
●顔面・体幹が紅潮している。
