虚血性心疾患の一次予防ガイドライン
　虚血性心疾患の危険因子としては、高齢、家族歴、高血圧、糖尿病、喫煙、脂質異常症、肥満、メタボリックシンドローム、CKD（慢性腎臓病）、精神的・肉体的ストレスなどが挙げられる。
　本稿では、このうち高齢患者でも、重要と思われる因子について述べる。
