右膝痛と膝くずれ

CASE
患者：30歳代、男性。
現病歴：坂道に駐車してある車に乗り込もうと思ったところ足が滑ってしまい、膝を捻じるような姿勢になった。直後より右膝の痛みと膝くずれを認めたため、救急外来を受診した。
既往歴：なし
内服：なし
アレルギー：花粉症
身体所見：右膝外側部に圧痛あり、膝蓋跳動あり。
