Case
腎盂腎炎の診療に二次文献データベースを使用した一例
患者：68歳、女性。
主訴：発熱、悪寒戦慄。
既往歴：膀胱炎。
現病歴：前日から倦怠感、当日38.9度の発熱と悪寒戦慄があり、当院を受診した。咳や排痰はなし。
身体所見：意識清明。血圧92/56mmHg、脈拍数115回/分、呼吸数20回/分、体温38.9度、SpO₂ 97％（室内気）。呼吸音左右差なく、肺雑音なし。腹部は平坦で軟、左肋骨脊柱角叩打痛あり。
血液所見：WBC11,800/μL（Neut89.9％）、Cr0.82mg/dL、CRP10.89mg/dL。
尿所見：pH7.0、白血球100個以上/HPF、細菌（3＋）。グラム染色では、グラム陰性桿菌が多数。
