日本版 チーフレジデント宣言！—米国に学ぶ研修医教育の新たな試み

　2019年2月、第1回チーフレジデントミーティングin Japanにて、筆者らは日本チーフレジデント協会（Japan Chief Resident Association：JACRA）を起ち上げ（p.1163）、私は「日本版 チーフレジデント宣言」と題する基調講演を行った。本稿では、その内容を一部抜粋・改変し、以下の3章に分けて紹介する。
