70年前発症した腰痛の正体は？

CASE
患者：95歳、女性。
現病歴：慢性腎臓病や変形性膝関節症などを基礎疾患にもつ症例。
蜂窩織炎治療目的で入院となり、抗菌薬治療で軽快した。入院を契機に過去の病歴・画像を包括的にレビューしたところ、追加問診で20代に発症した慢性腰痛を聴取し、図のような画像を確認した（図1、図2ⓐⓑともに4カ月前の鈍的外傷後に撮影されたもの）。
