免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の副作用

　2018年にPD-1を発見した本庶佑先生（京都大特別教授）がノーベル医学生理学賞を受賞したことと併せて、免疫チェックポイントにはますますの注目が集まっている^1）。
　そこで本稿では、キーワードである腫瘍免疫応答、共刺激シグナル、免疫チェックポイント分子の復習をしつつ、免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の副作用（irAEs：immune-related adverse events）についてまとめさせていただいた。
