Q11 「ACE阻害薬」「β遮断薬」、何をいつからどれだけ使う？

「心収縮力が低下しているHFrEF患者」であれば、ACE阻害薬・β遮断薬を心保護薬として、忍容性がある範囲で少量より2週間ごとに増量していく。「心収縮力が保たれているHFpEF患者」においては、ACE阻害薬・β遮断薬の使用に強いエビデンスはないが、高血圧などの併存疾患の状況に合わせて使用することが多い。
