文献概要

脳卒中予防と大出血の観点からは、70歳未満で腎機能が良好であれば、「ダビガトラン（300mg/日）」か「ワルファリン」のどちらかを選ぶ。ワルファリン療法は、高いTTR（後述）が保てるなら続ける。腎機能低下あるいは高齢者では、「アピキサバン」を選択する。どうしても1日2回内服ができない場合には、「エドキサバン」あるいは「ワルファリン」（こちらも高いTTRが保てるなら継続）を投与する^1）。
