検査では何も出ないけど腰が痛い

文献概要

痛みの性状—OPQRST—
主訴：右の腰臀部と右の大腿が痛い。
現病歴：約3カ月前からの右下腹部・腰臀部の違和感（ⓄⓉ）、比較的緩徐に発症（Ⓞ）。食事とは関係ない（Ⓟ）。時々違和感が、痛みになり、1週間に1回くらい悪化することが多い。痛くない時は、まったく痛くない（ⓆⓉ）。1カ月くらい前から右わき腹がつるような感じになり、生活に支障が出るようになった（Ⓠ）。2週間前に悪化した右の腰臀部の痛みは、3〜4日で少し軽快してきていた（Ⓣ）。しかし、5日前から右大腿も痛くなり、本症状のため仕事を休むようになった（ⓉⓆ）。その他の随伴症状はない（Ⓡ）。
