Case
患者：72歳、女性。
主訴：全部イタイ。
全部痛くて動けません！　着替えることもできなくて、下着は着ないようにして、前開きの洋服にしています。夜トイレに起き上がることができないので、寝る時はおむつにしています。朝は起き上がるのが1人でできないので、電動のリクライニング機能がある介護ベッドを買おうと思っています。近くの病院に行ったら、リウマチと言われました。私は難病なのでしょうか？
