20 入浴関連頭痛

gestalt 中年女性に温浴をトリガーに発症する、両側性で重度の爆発様ないし拍動性の雷鳴頭痛。入浴関連頭痛の約3分の1に「可逆性脳血管攣縮症候群（reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome：RCVS）」が潜んでいるので、脳血管画像を含む頭部画像検査による器質的疾患の除外は必須である。
