抗核抗体と世界のChoosing Wiselyキャンペーン
　抗核抗体（ANA）は魅力的な検査だ。世界中の臨床家が、ANAをクリックしたいという誘惑にかられている。その証拠に、Choosing WiselyキャンペーンにANAも含まれている。米国内科学会からは「ANAを検査前確率の低い集団で安易に測定しない」^1）、米国リウマチ学会からは「ANAが陽性でない場合や自己免疫疾患を臨床的に疑わない時に、各種特異的なANAを検査しない」^2）、というキャンペーンが張られ、結果としてANAの検査依頼の数は減少につながっている^3）。米国以外でも、ANAはさまざまな国々でChoosing Wiselyキャンペーンの項目に採用されている（表1）^2,4〜7）。
