反復性尿路感染症が疑われる患者
患者:83歳、女性。
現病歴:糖尿病、脳梗塞の既往があり、施設入所中。尿路感染症にて入退院を繰り返している。3日前からの発熱・食欲低下を主訴に受診した。
Ⓠ尿検査では白血球エステラーゼ定性(±)、亜硝酸塩(-)でしたが(表1)、尿路感染は否定してよいでしょうか?
