がん（前立腺がん）検診でのバイアス

Case
患者：70歳、男性。
家族歴：特記事項なし。
現病歴：特に既往のない症状のない元気な70歳男性。定期健康診断を受診したが、血圧高値を指摘されて総合内科外来を受診した。精査を行い本態性高血圧症と診断、食事療法、運動療法で経過観察をすることとした。診察室から出る際に、「週刊誌で前立腺がんの画期的な検査としてPSA〔prostate specific antigen（前立腺特異抗原）〕が取り上げられていましたが、検査したほうがよいですか？」と質問を受けた。検査は行ったほうがよいか？
