急性胃腸炎

はじめに
　急性胃腸炎は急性発症の下痢疾患（1日3回以上または1日当たり少なくとも200gの便）で、しばしば嘔気・嘔吐・腹痛または発熱を伴うと定義されている。大多数はself-limitedであり、ほとんどの症例は2週間以内に自然寛解する^1）。脱水補正が治療の中心であるが、その指導をどれくらい熱心にやっているだろうか？　抗菌薬や下痢止めを出さないにしても、制吐薬や鎮痙薬は気軽に出していないだろうか？
