高尿酸血症

はじめに
　ここでは再発性の痛風・尿酸結石、痛風結節以外の無症候性高尿酸血症を対象とする。わが国では2010年発行の高尿酸血症・痛風の治療ガイドライン第2版まで、薬物療法の導入は血清尿酸値8.0mg/dL以上を一応の目安とすると記載されていたため、欧米諸国と比較し無症候性高尿酸血症に対して薬物療法が導入されている例が非常に多い。2018年の第3版では多少の非推奨も示し始めているが、いずれの症例においても最初から薬物療法を行うのではなく、まずは正しい生活指導を行うべきである。
