経皮的冠動脈形成術（PCI）
Q1 クリニックで開業しています。健診異常の精査目的で来院した75歳女性。1年前にはなかった異常Q波を指摘されたそうです（Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF誘導）。自覚症状はありませんが、すぐにカテーテルのために紹介をしたほうがよいですか？
症状がないのであれば、内科治療を行いながらリスク層別化を行い、そのうえで改めて血行再建の適応を決めましょう。
