心房細動・発作性心房細動へのアブレーション
Q1 有症候性の発作性心房細動ですが、80歳を超えると、もうアブレーションの適応はありませんよね？
心房細動アブレーションの適応は、年齢、症状、進行度を総合的に勘案して決められます（図1）。高齢者での侵襲的治療は慎重であるべきですが、年齢だけで、「適応なし」となることはありません。特に、「症状によりADLが低下している場合」などは、積極的に考えましょう。
