大動脈解離への手術
Q1 症状を伴う急性大動脈解離をすぐに紹介するのはわかるけど、無症状の、他疾患の精査の時に行ったCTで偶発的に診断された大動脈解離って、どのタイミングで紹介すればよいのですか？
CTで偶発的に診断された大動脈解離で偽腔が開存している場合は、日中の定期外来でよいので、胸部ステントグラフト内挿術（TEVAR : thoracic endovascular aortic repair）に精通している心臓血管外科専門医の外来へ紹介しましょう。
