消化管出血

はじめに
　消化管出血マネジメントに関して、本稿では以下の順に記述する。
❶稀だが致死的な消化管出血原因疾患
❷消化管出血への対処法としてのIVR（放射線治療）
❸静脈瘤破裂マネジメント（バルーンタンポナーデ法：SBT挿入）
　各項目では実際のCaseを提示し、すべての消化管出血マネジメントに共通する初期対応を共有する。
