❶激アツ論文との出会い
　1990年代初頭、私は草創期の総合診療科のレジデントとして多忙な日々を送っていた。「総合診療」という言葉も定まっていなかった当時、最新の知識と技術を習得できれば何とかなる、という浅薄な考えで突っ走っているなかで出会ったのは、そんなものでは太刀打ちできない問題を抱えた患者さんたちだった。
