❶進行した慢性呼吸不全の病態生理の特徴

　慢性呼吸不全とは呼吸不全、すなわち「室内気吸入時の動脈酸素分圧が60Torr以下となる呼吸障害、又はそれに相当する呼吸障害を呈する異常状態」が1カ月以上続く状態と定義されています^1）。具体的には、COPD・喘息・間質性肺炎・肺結核後遺症などが挙げられますが、本稿では、日常臨床で最もよく遭遇するCOPDにおける病態生理の特徴を概説します。
