COPD患者の苦痛とは？
　慢性呼吸不全のなかでも最も頻度が高いのは、COPD（慢性閉塞性肺疾患）である。
　本稿ではCOPDを中心に、症状緩和に有用な薬物療法をみていく。なお、間質性肺炎の苦痛症状とそのマネジメントについては、文献を参照いただきたい^1〜3）。
