❺NPPVや在宅呼吸療法とは何か？—適応とフォローアップ

　NPPV（noninvasive positive pressure ventilation：非侵襲的陽圧換気療法）、TPPV（tracheostomy positive pressure ventilation：気管切開下陽圧換気療法）は、急性呼吸不全のみでなく、慢性呼吸不全の在宅呼吸療法として認知されてきた^1）。
　本稿では、下降期慢性呼吸不全へのNPPV、TPPVの使用について解説する。
