セッティング
都市部の無床診療所で、総合診療医3人＋後期研修医2人で診療をしている。ここでは尿検査（定性のみ）、X線検査、心電図などはすぐに結果がわかるが、血液検査はすべて外注。CT、MRI、上部消化管内視鏡などの検査および入院は、車で30分の総合病院に依頼している。強化型在宅支援診療所であり、月に40人ほどの患者に対して定期訪問診療を行っている。夜間や休日も交代制で24時間対応している。
