❶化膿性・結核性関節炎（成人）
Q1 発熱で受診した患者さんが、膝関節の疼痛・腫脹もあると言っています。関節注射など、特に膝に関する治療歴はないのですが、「化膿性膝関節炎」の診断と専門医へのコンサルトはどうすればよいですか？
　化膿性膝関節炎の診断では、❶炎症徴候（疼痛、腫脹、発赤、熱感、機能障害）の有無、❷血液検査による炎症所見の判定に加え、❸関節穿刺による関節液検査が重要です。関節注射などの治療歴がなくても、血行性に細菌性（結核性）関節炎を起こすこともあるため、関節周囲の炎症徴候が強い場合は、速やかな整形外科医へのコンサルトを推奨します。
