早期に「COVID-19疑い」を察知せよ
　何より重要なのは、目の前の患者さんがCOVID-19の可能性があることを察知できるかどうかである。
　ただし、症状については未だ一定の見解はない。あくまで一般論を述べるが、初期は感冒と区別がつかないような症状が出現し、重症化する場合には7日ほど経過してから重症化する^1）（p.15・21）。重症例においてCOVID-19を疑うのは、それほど困難ではないと考えられる。むしろ「間質性肺炎」や「ニューモシスチス肺炎」など、胸部CTで同様のすりガラス陰影を呈する疾患の除外が不十分なケースが散見されるように感じる。
