文献概要

●「好酸球性血管性浮腫」というカテゴリーがある。好酸球性血管性浮腫は、一過性の「NEAE（non-episodic angioedema with eosinophilia）」と再発性の「EAE（episodic angioedema with eosinophilia）」の2つに分けられる。
●EAEは、自然軽快することが稀である。一方、本邦で多いNEAEは、経過観察のみで改善することが多い。
●「本邦、秋、若年女性、両下肢の浮腫、好酸球増多」という典型的なプレゼンテーションでは、NEAEの特徴的な臨床経過を念頭に置きつつ、NEAEらしくない症状・所見が出てこないか注意しながら、慎重に経過観察していくことが重要である。
