抗血栓薬を内服している患者は多く、また複数種類内服していることも少なくない。出血患者に対応する際に知っておくべきこれらの薬剤の作用機序の特徴や適応、休薬期間の背景となる薬物代謝、注目すべき副作用・相互作用や拮抗薬の存在などについてまとめた。
