外来診療において、頻繁に遭遇する頭部外傷の診療には気を遣われる先生方も多いと思います。近年高齢化が進むにつれ、抗血栓薬使用患者が増加し、頭部外傷診療ではリスクを正しく見積もったうえで、適切な検査の選択、必要な介入をしていく必要があります。
