❶消化管出血予防

消化管出血予防といえば、消化性潰瘍予防のためのPPI（プロトンポンプ阻害薬）がまず想起されるのではないだろうか。しかし漫然とPPIを投与するのではなく、適応を見極め、その他の主要リスクにも介入していくことで、より質の高い予防が実践できる。本稿では、❶PPIが本当に必要な患者を知ること、❷患者の出血リスクを意識できるようになること、を目標に解説する。
