低侵襲カテーテル治療の進歩、高齢化が進む循環器診療において、抗凝固薬・抗血小板薬内服患者の出血の問題は避けられない。血栓塞栓リスクを重視した薬物療法から、出血リスクも考慮した薬物療法・非薬物療法への転換期であり、出血予防を考慮した抗血栓療法に関して解説する。
