㊲ 若者の運動後の背部痛

文献概要

患者：20歳台、男性。
所属する大学の体育祭で400m走を全力疾走した。その翌日から徐々に嘔気と腰背部痛が出現した。肉眼的血尿はない。特記すべき既往歴・内服歴・アレルギー歴はない。
