❽検査前確率が低いSLE・強皮症×抗核抗体

New Normal
SLE（全身性エリテマトーデス）や強皮症を疑う症候がなく、かつESR（赤血球沈降速度）が正常な例においては、特異度の面から抗核抗体検査は推奨されない。不要な検査・治療を誘発してコストが増す可能性がある。
