重症COPDでは3剤合剤による吸入療法を積極的に試そう
　重症COPD（慢性閉塞性肺疾患）では、積極的な薬物治療により増悪や進行を予防したい。重症例では、特に末梢血好酸球数が高い場合には、LAMA/LABA/ICSによる3剤治療を検討する。アドヒアランスを改善して治療効果を高めるためには、3剤合剤による吸入療法（single inhaler triple therapy : SITT）を使いこなそう。
