外科的肺生検により特発性多中心性Castleman病と診断した1例

Castleman病は、病理学的にリンパ濾胞の過形成や濾胞間の形質細胞の増殖を特徴とする、多クローン性のリンパ増殖性疾患である。今回われわれは、健診を契機に発見され、肺病変に対して外科的生検を施行することで診断した特発性多中心性Castleman病の1例を経験したので報告する。
