問題1　次の検査計画は正しいか？
26歳、女性。生理不順はないが、しばしば月経血に凝血塊が混じることがある。3カ月前からの疲労感、1カ月前からの労作時息切れを主訴に外来を受診した。バイタルサインは正常。眼瞼結膜は軽度蒼白、眼球結膜に黄染なし。表在リンパ節腫脹なし。心肺に明らかな異常所見はなく、腹部は平坦で肝脾を触知しない。神経学的に明らかな異常を認めない。Hb 8.2g/dL、MCV 65fL、MCH 17.3pg、MCHC 26.7％、RET 0.9％、WBC 4,000/μL、Plt 29.7×10⁴/μL。AST 21IU/L、ALT 12IU/L、T-Bil 0.6mg/dL、UN 15.8mg/dL、Cr 0.64mg/dL、LDH 158IU/L。末梢血液塗抹標本では赤血球の大小不同、小型で中央部の色の薄い部分が拡大した低染性赤血球がみられた。
追加検査は行わず、鉄欠乏性貧血と診断した。
