❽甲状腺機能低下症

文献概要

甲状腺刺激ホルモン（TSH）濃度は基準値内でも、正常上限や下限では、高齢者の「サルコペニア」と相関がある。甲状腺機能や筋肉量・歩行速度・活動性などを定期的に評価し、運動・栄養指導に加え、適切な治療介入の検討が重要である。
