「がんサバイバーシップケア」は、がん患者の身体・心理・社会的ケアに加えて、がん以外の疾患管理や健康増進も含む。サバイバーシップケアによって、患者の健康関連QOLの改善、不要なヘルスケア利用の減少、ケアのコスト削減、死亡率の低下が期待される。
