今月のお悩み
卒後10年目の指導医です。レジデントの外来指導担当に最近なりました。指導経験も少なく、悩みながらやっているのですが、最近あるレジデント（初期研修2年目）が、外来指導で気になる点を注意したあと、目を合わせてくれません。指導がキツすぎたのでしょうか？
