Case
患者：18歳、男性。生来健康。
主訴：急性発症の左下腹部痛
既往歴・薬剤歴・アレルギー歴：特記事項なし
現病歴：受診当日に自宅で寝ていたところ、朝6時頃に左下腹部の激痛で目が覚めた。就寝前は特に普段と変わったことはなく過ごしていた。自然に治るだろうと様子をみていたが、疼痛が徐々に増強し数回嘔吐したため、11時頃に当院を受診した。
バイタルサイン：意識清明、体温36.5℃、血圧130/60 mmHg、脈拍数70回/分、SpO₂ 100％（室内気）。
