今月のお悩み
卒後9年目の指導医です。専門医制度などで、学習者との「振り返り」を求められることが多いです。ただ、自分自身が専攻医の頃にあまりメリットを感じることがなかったので、指導の際にもあまり行っていません。一般に「振り返り」には、どんな効果があるのでしょうか？　特に、他者と定期的に行う振り返りの効果は、どのようなものですか？
