臓器システムと疾患の背景
高LDH血症では、重篤な疾患が隠れていることが多い。特定の臓器に絞り込む前に全身をくまなく診察し、見落としがないように慎重に身体診察を行う必要がある。早速、ケースを追体験してみよう。
